We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
If something arrives damaged, send some photos of the damaged goods, with a brief description,within 20 days of delivery to mbymiracle@mbymiracle.com. We will review them and  then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),so make sure you read the requirements for Personalization before you place an order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return(if we proceed in that method)or your photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds about watches

First, we agree to refund ONLY in followed situations:

  1. The product is severely damaged when received or has a quality problem within 1 year, you can request for refund or replacement.
  2. The print/engraving is not the same as you  ordered.
  3. Parcels missing during the delivery.

If any of these 3 situations happen, you can contact our Customer Service Support by email to mbymiracle@mbymiracle.com. We’ll process the refund procedure for you after our finance department confirms the amount, they’ll transfer the refund to the account which you used to pay for this order in 1-3 working days most.
